arenaph may require you to undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by arenaph may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
arenaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit on arenaph is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification steps under arenaph's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. arenaph targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya transactions. arenaph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
arenaph makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability. arenaph will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance.
arenaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any arenaph account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete required identity verification, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or any activity that arenaph reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses or funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method on record within thirty (30) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the arenaph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact arenaph support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
